Member Meets

Rod (BlueMach) and myself managed to meet today at a local (for Rod anyway Biggrin ) hot rod meet and we decided to post a photo up. Rod is on the left.

If any other members get to meet take a photo and add it to this thread.

(Joe if you think it should go into another category can you move it please.)

It was a total pleasure to meet you too, Steve.

After I parked the Mach 1 out on display on the street - I was swamped by people taking photos, and wanting to know about the beast.

It's funny - no one hardly even looked at the 66 coupes on display; the aggressive look of the 73 fastback got their attention!

I truely believe the 71-73 are getting kudos they deserve.

Steve - if you want a set of headers for yours, you can have mine [freebies!] when I upgrade in a couple of weeks time.

Thanks for posting the pic. It's great to see when members meet up. I'm hoping to meet some fellow members next year at the 50th Mustang Anniversary in Charlotte NC.

A perfect opportunity.

Here I am in Australia for a few weeks - so close but so far away.

Right - will do. Hopefully I will be meeting up with Peter Winn and will take a few shots then.

I am staying busy. Yesterday we visited the Canberra sites. I might be able to walk down to the post as I have a few minutes "free" till I am scheduled to be speaking this evening.

I met up with Steven last night and again this morning for a few hours. It was great to meet his family and friends. Steven took my car for a spin and he had a great time. I didn't even have to remind him to get back on the right (left) side of the road any time. Anna took the back seat and loved it. It looks like Anna's car might be getting parked for a while so Steven can finish his Mach 1 now.
