Turn signal electrical issue 1970 Mach 1

Hi there. I've been troubleshooting an issue where the left turn signal stops working and is permanently lit in front left park and hood light  with no flashing. I've narrowed it down to the following issue but haven't figured out where to go next.

1. Without the park lights on, both filaments in the front left park light are energized when turn signal is engaged and stray voltage is causing right park light to energize and flash albeit at a lower power level over the park wire. 
   
   
2. With the park lights on, both filaments in the front left park light are energized along with the left hood lamp indicator but the turn signal is in the neutral position. Left turn signal does not work at TS switch.
   
   
3. I confirmed that my park wire is energized and flickering voltage to the right park light when the left TS switch is activated. 
   
   
4. Not yet sure if related but the low/high beam floor switch doesn't seem to be working and I have not yet chased those wires.
   

My take is somewhere from the TS switch forward voltage is leaking across the park and turn signal wires on the left side, just not entirely sure where that is yet. My next spot to check is the plug from the loom to the light by bypassing it completely, which the PO did on the other side. Anywhere else I should look to where the TS wires and park wires come in close contact?

Thanks for passing that along. My left side marker light doesn't work so I'm wondering if that is where the two lines are grounded/shorting. I didn't want to do it but I'm going to clip the wires to the side marker and front left park light to see if the issue stops. I'll know because my hood indicator light which is further up stream on the loom lights up solid when the park lights are on. That will at least let me know if those assemblies are the root cause.
