flywheel ring gear for 1969 351w automatic

I can't seem to find a flywheel ring gear for automatic 1969 351w mustang. All the ones I found say manual transmission. Does anyone know if the ring gear fits both manual and automatic? i believe its 164 teeth.

I think its a terminology issue. For automatic transmissions they are called Flexplates. One for your car will have 164 teeth and a 28 oz. imbalance. Here is one from National Parts Depot.
