Hello to all. I am not an owner of a Mach 1 yet, but plan to be in the near future, hopefully. I joined the club to learn more about the 1969 and 1970 cars. I do have a few Fords and one Chevy. 1969 Mach 1 is an all time favorite. Timing and $$$ important to finding the right car. My wife is also a car nut. I'm looking for a 1969 we can share, but probably will be more hers.

Welcome to the club, My wife's not a car nut but she totally supports my obsession with my car and has even given it a name The Green Queen because of the color and all the attention I lavish upon it. Where in the northeast are you located? I'm in western Ma.

Welcome Dave! Are you looking for a restoration project or a "turn key" ready to drive 69 Mach 1? Its great your wife is on board with your hobby. From what I have seen, if not, you wouldn't have the hobby. My wife is not a car nut but she helps me whenever I ask and supports what I do.
There is a 69 Mach 1 partially restored on EBay now. At least it is advertised as one and looks like one. Plus it looks to have all of its parts. Mustangmike found it. The body and paint work are complete minus the Mach 1 hood treatment and decals. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
Best Regards,
Mike

Welcome! 'My' '70 is actually my daughter's - I just get to service it and drive to club events. My partner has become a petrol head/car freak over the 6 years we have been together. Gotta love a woman who has passion for her car.
