I need to sell my 72 Mach1
#1
Hi, I have sold my mustang Mach1 3 times on ebay and every time it has been a joke or someone "just accidently hit buy it now" I know this is not a selling page or nothing like that. I was just asking if you guys know any better way to put my car for sale other than ebay?? here is my last add that I had on ebay but of curse it was another scam. People think there is something wrong with the car or that is a scam because I'm selling it so cheap but people who really knows about this cars know that $10,000 is top money for an unrestored car.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/171666479824?ssP...1561.l2649

any help would be great!! I'm just looking to get $7,800 for the car. I know this is great car for the price and better yet is a southern car with no rust issues.

Thanks for the help.

This site is more than happy to help owners sell and buyers buy. Joe's desire is to help the Mach 1 community.

Truly sorry to hear of your bad experience with e-bay. I have heard that before although I have also heard success stories.

Joe also has a selling site: http://sellmymustang.com/ You might want to give that a go. It is another free option, another way to get the car some publicity.

The car appears to be priced honestly - someone should want it. I do, I just don't have any money.

Here's hoping you have good success soon.

The car seems shows well in these pictures. How are the frame rails, torque boxes and cowl areas? If the car were located in CT I would certainly be interested in looking at it for the asking price. As Steven said, the price seems honest.

Everything looks great on the car. Rails and Cowl area are in great shape! This is what I know about the car. It was restored or try to be restored in the late 80's or early 90's. Whoever try to restore the car didn't know what he was doing with paint?? body looks amazing with no dents or damage and very straight but the paint is very ugly you can the pain dripping on so many spots of the body (looks like it was someone painting a car for the first time ever) Interior is in great shape and not destroyed or ruin like other old cars. I have so many parts that I have for this car that I will add it with the sale of the car. the only issue I see with the car is the floor panels! seams like the floor panels got rust and the same person who paint the car did some home made floor panels and don't look professional at all. I will show you a picture. maybe back on the late 80's or early 90's you could get floor panels replacements????? I believe this is a great price for the car because it needs minor restoration and it could be a very nice daily driver for someone with not a lot of money to spend! The car is located in Montgomery Alabama.
