Hello all--
Thank you all for the warm responses and support. I am going to attempt a picture upload using a trick someone shared so we'll see. I have had my Mach since November 2013. I finally bought some tools and began work on it over the Christmas break. I removed the interior, and she is in pretty bad shape. I'll post more pics if this one works.
When you see the pictures you might think there isn't much "good" left on the car. It will be quite the challenge to bring this beauty back to life. I hope I am up for it!
Here are some pictures I took after the interior was removed--I hope these pictures are ok--the best I can do is take a screenshot of the picture to keep the file size small enough.
One is of the floor pans, which are 100% gone. One is a view of the backseat taken from the front of the car. This area seems solid, but the inner and outer wheel wells are not in good shape. The last is of the roof area. I didn't get a lot of information on the car as I bought it from a dealer and I'm pretty sure he was just flipping it. I vacuumed out 11 pounds of rust from the interior, and tons of walnuts. It seems a squirrel was using the car as a storage area. I found them under all the seats, in the body panels, in the valance, and even under the console. I have not seen any evidence that the squirrels ate the wiring, but I'm sure its all bad too.
All of the body panels are rusted through, the trunk area has huge holes all the way through, the gas tank is leaking, and there appears to me a lot of metal missing under the front end. The shock towers look solid, but I'm not sure what else is good.
