Hello All,
I am the proud owner of an M code 71 Mach 1. I consider it a basket case. wrecked, much rust, but a 1 owner that has had it parked outside for 26 years. I am new to Fords and Mustangs in particular but always loved the 71-73's. I hope to glean much information as I can. I apologize in advance for the questions I may ask.
I live near Knoxville, Tn. if anyone near me knows of any parts cars or parts.
Thanks..Eddie Walker

From Arkansas, You're way across Tn, but we be neighbors. Don't hesitate to ask any and all questions. And always remember the only dumb question, Is the one that isn't asked. Good people here and lots of collective knowledge. So ask away. Again welcome, JTS 71 Mach1

Welcome Eddie...glad to hear you decided to go with a Mustang! Plenty of basket case cars have transitioned their way to beautiful cars if not outright show cars. I have seen many before and after pictures from some of the members here to prove it. So ask away and I am sure someone here will be able to help you out.

Eddie welcome to the site! When these guys tell you to ask away feel free. If you doubt it or think they are just saying that to be nice check out some of my threads. I know next to nothing and haven't learned a lot yet but most of it has been the wisdom and experience of these guys here.
Don who posted above has a ton of parts and even more knowledge about them so when you start jumping into it take some pics ask some questions and let these guys flex their brains.
