As far as an exhaust system for your car there are many part houses out there who offer them. You can go with a stock exhaust set-up giving you a quieter factory sound or a performance exhaust offering more of a rumble. There are many aftermarket performance exhaust systems out there but Flowmaster seems to be very popular.
In regards to a rear valance I do not have one personally, but they are reproduced. Don at Ohio Mustang is a good source for restoration parts for your car. He can probably help you out with a rear valance and maybe even an exhaust system for your car, too. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
