I finally figured out how to attach pics thanks to my Canon camera feature of email only.
The shifter is a Billet/Plus (Pro Comp) Mustang shifter. I added the chrome stick for looks as well as function.
It looks tall. But, I am almost 6' and my right elbow clears the console lid. Unlike the factory shifter.
It is easy to install. Two hours of work at the most. After years of different owners, the stock stick has been out a time or two. I had to clean away different types of sealant, goop and permatex from around the mount. This took the longest of the install.
I also had to replace the body shifter boot. (Does not come with shifter) It was ripped in a few places. Replacing this boot also stopped the engine and road smells from coming in the cockpit.
Shifting with this shifter is just a flick of my wrist. No more hoping I'm in 5th gear or not.
