vibration

I just bought a 71 Mustang Mach 1 and have a serious vibration in the engine. So I decided to buy a crate engine from proformance unlimited 351 Cleveland stroker with 500 hp. Does anyone know of this company and are they reputable and also I`am new to this site. Thanks Boola :

Have you all ready made the purchase?

I have no personal experience with Performance Unlimited but have watched a couple of their promotion videos. Others have talked about getting one of their motors but I don't believe anyone has submitted a review after the fact.

So ... let us know what you think if you do go that route.

What is the story with your current 351C? And your 71 Mach 1? Have you had the motor recently rebuilt? Are you running a automatic or standard transmission? Have any of those components been swapped out? Have you checked your harmonic balancer? The harmonic balancers will dry rot and move causing severe engine vibration.
