Post the first Picture/Pictures you took of your Mach

I just found this one from the summer of 74. I used to drag race (shoe polish on the windows) the Mach 1 in 73 and 74. I got married in the fall of 74 and the drag racing stopped. I ran it hard for 2 summers and broke very little. The R code engine has never been out of the car and it still runs great.

Thats awesome! With me being nearly 50 it makes me mad I didn't take more photos, Ive had some really cool cars over the years, but I never started collecting until about 15 years ago. I guess getting a wife made that start happening. Oh yeah 2 incomes are better than one!

Its a bad picture but you can see what I started out with 7 years ago when I was 15 years old.

The 1969 428 SCJ with Drag Pack [4:30 gears] Mach 1 I ordered new Oct. 1968 and it was delivered Jan. 1969. The 2004 Mach 1 I bought new off the showroom floor Feb. 24th 2004. Not to many folks out there have owned the first and the last Mach 1's new. :)

I've had two Mach1's. One from 1976 until about 1982 and the one I have now since 1981.
