Welcome Bryan glad to have you in the club. Make yourself at home here and tell any of your Mach 1 buddies about us. The more the merrier! Nice Mach 1!!
WELCOME !!! from Norfolk Virginia !!!! now i wont be saying shipmate cause im sure you dont wanna hear that word anymore but thanks for your service i am active duty navy right now and enjoying it....
Nice steal on that mach it looks in good shape !! Feel free to keep us posted on any work ya do to her and dont be afraid to ask questions ..... chances are there is someone on this site that has the answer to it.
Welcome again!!!!
For a Wisconsin car it looks like a good starting point.
What are your plans?
Jump on in and feel free to tell us more about yourself and your love for the Mach 1. Is this your first Mach 1? How long have you had the dream to have one?
thanks guys! it is my first mach 1 and I got it for a steal...I bought a ford explorer for 1500.00 while my transfer case got fixed on my dodge ram.. after it got fixed I threw it on craigslist and the guy contacted me to even trade because he couldn't get it to run, well I got it home and put a new fuel filter on it and added some gas and took it out for a drive (that was the only problem)
so far my plans are to make it a sleeper car. I just installed a pretty big cam, headers, gilmer pulley set,HD timing chain, edelbrock cam and carb, 2500 stall converter with 3.83 gears and a 125 shot of nitrous, hurst ratchet shifter and a couple other goodies.
for a Wisconsin car there were 2 spots of surface rust but the underbody still has undercoating on it. it only has 56,xxx miles on it

im not sure. I know it doesn't have fold down seats but I thought that was a factory rear deck lid??
Not all 71 -73 fastbacks had fold down rear seats with the pass thru. I have 2 out of 3 in the backyard that don't have the fold down seats. JTS 71 Mach1
