Today on the way home from, a Dr. appt. I passed a semi on a 2 lane road. I've been careful while breaking in my rebuilt 351c cj. Anyway I shifted into 3rd gear and wound it up to 4100 r.p.m. The car took off like a rocket and barked the tires when I shifted into 4th Man what a moment I almost s@@t my self! Life is a time-line of good & bad moments, if the good out weight the bad then I'd have to say it's a good life. Chalk up one more for the good.

Moments like that are the reasons I love cars with horsepower. I am already missing my 88gt with the 5 speed. I am not sure how I will like this automatic business with the mach. Hopefully it will not dissapoint.

I have to agree with Jack. Think 4100 RPM was a good moment .. just wait till you get above 5500 RPM. Isn't Mach 1 life grand!
