Ok i tryed to get the HEADLIGHT knob off and i couldnt figure it out and dont want to break it do any of the 03 04 mach 1 owners know how to take it off the right way?

FIND THE SWITCH UP UNDER THE DASH. ON THE BOTTOM SIDE THERE IS A LITTLE WHITE PIECE OF PLASTIC AT THE FRONT OF THE SWITCH. PUSH (SLIDE) IT BACK AND HOLD IT. THEN PULL THE KNOB OUT. PART NUMBER FOR THE SWITCH IS 6C2Z.11654.A. WE STOCK TWO AND ARE A SMALL TOWN FORD DEALER. YOU COULD PROBABLY GO TO YOUR LOCAL DEALER AND SEE ONE TO SEE THE WHITE SLIDE KNOB I AM TALKING ABOUT. LOOKS LIKE YOUR OLD F150 HAS THE SAME STYLE SWITCH ALSO CUZ THE OLD PART NUMBER UPDATES TO THE SAME NUMBER FOR THE MUSTANG. YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET A VISUAL ON IT EASIER IN THE TRUCK TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.

Hey Victor;
I still remember when I cut mine off 35 years ago in high school.
I couldnt figure it out and I had a big temper tantrum at the time as I remember.
...I was a little crazy back then..
After I ruined the switch and got it off I figured out how it worked.
