I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm sick of winter and snow and I'm more than ready for that nice sunny day to pull my Mach 1 out of the corner of the shop. Give it a good washing and detailing. Fire it up and take it for a long over due cruise!!!!!!!!!

Wow Travis,
Sorry - can't identify with you as I live farther south.
But which one are you hankering to take out?

I'm ready too! Have been working on the Mach 1 so at least spending time with it. Replacing ball joints and all the bushings in the front suspension. Got the driver's side spindle out today. Lower ball joint has lots of play. Need to clean the area and do a little painting before putting back together.

Here in southwest Kansas the weather, knock wood, has been fairly mild and I've got to take the Mach out for a few drives. I got lots of work to be done that I can't do until the weather breaks for spring though.

So far this Winter I pulled the car out of the garage to take a pic of the new wheels and tires , then I had to put kitty litter down to get back in . I only drove it 20 ' Not made for snow.

Back in the day when the Mach 1 was our only car I put steel bars in the rear floor boards for weight and run studded snow tires in the winter. Still had to be careful. Put it in a snow drift one day on the way home and had to walk the last mile. Got it home after the snow plow went through.

Move to Phoenix, you'll never have the snow problem again. Arizona is a great place to live, contrary to what you probably hear on the news. Border crossovers are definitely a problem here, but if the country believes its ok to let them come in freely then so be it.
We have all the seasons here, it never snows here in Phoenix, but June, July, August and part of September it does get a little hot here and the dust storms are a bitch at keeping the cars clean, but bearable, sort of.
Then if you drive 100 miles north your in 7000 ft altitudes where the weather is awesome, and even gets all the snow you could ask for in the winter. Its like the best of all worlds here.
I sound like a promo for the chamber of commerce!
