LOL. Actually they were both mine. Ever since I got the 429 I've had a thing for yellow cars. Like a lot of teenagers I tried to turn the Mach into a strip-only beast (this was probably taken in 78 or 79), so I needed something to get me around. A friend made me a sweet deal on the T/A. They really looked good parked next to each other.
Cowl replacement it a big deal. As I am sure you are aware - the piece is not currently being reproduced. Depending on the extent of the repair needed there are various ways to tackle the job. If your cowl is in fairly bad shape to do it all right and prevent it from coming back on you you will need to remove at least part of the top portion if not all of it.
It can be done but is involved and a bit tedious. The results are worth it.
