Suspension help

So there you have it - some like the stock look, and some do not. Go with whatever you like best. Everyone will have a different opinion. Hey JTS, I expect better manners from a moderator.

Thanks all,

Input appreciated and both sides of the coin evaluated.

I'm planning running with extended shackles as a temp. measure to get the feel of the raised rear, meanwhile I spoke with some local guys who can re arch my new 5 leaf springs for a few $'s to get my desired rake, I just need to find time to pull the 5 leaves off, same guys suggested I may need to cut the front springs if it fails to settle in a few months time but the wheel/tire mod may help to correct the front.

Will keep you all posted on the outcome!

Many thanks to all who helped

Be careful cutting the front springs I got in a hurry to lower the front of one of my cars and removed 1/2 a coil and in a matter of months was too much.I agree this will work but go easy on how much you remove. Thanks for all the updates.Let us know how it works for you.
Will keep you all posted on the outcome!

Excuse me, Sometimes you got to say what you think. The way you feel it, If I offended you I'm sorry. But as far as the Purists thing goes? I believe Carroll Shelby said it best. "We didn't build these things to be Museum pieces! We built them to drive the hell out of them!" JTS 71 Mach1 (at least somone is listening)
