So.... I am new to the site but not new to Mach 1's. I owned a 1969 Mach 1 when I was 18 (way back in 1975). It was painted Orange and had a shaker hood. It had a 351W when I got it, but the shaker had the Cobra Jet in chrome and the Shifter had a wooden handle with Cobra on it. I only owned it for 6 months as it kept eating the Cam shaft gear. Bought an 03 Mach 1 in Feb of 03 (wanted the shaker hood) and Just bought a 1970 Mach 1 to restore. The 03 is in storage now as it is a five speed and my left leg isn't working too well. The 1970 came white with a white interior, but I am changing the interior to Black.

Welcome Richard.
Glad to have you here with us. Evidently that shaker hood made a lasting impression on you.
Looking forward to your post. If you would like start a new post for yourself and we can give you a more personal welcome. Include some pictures of your cars and even of the original if you have them. We love to see pictures.
All the best.
