Hi everyone, This is the first computer site Ive ever joined so I'll do my best. I own a 1973 Mach 1 and live in florida. I bought it 7 years ago and then started working off shore. Now Im ready to enjoy it but it needs front frame rails due to rot. Im an amature at auto work and Im afraid I dont know my options. I cant locate this part online and nobdy Ive contacted will do the job. Any words of advice would be Greatly appreciated. Ive always wanted to own this car and now Im afraid Im in over my head. Thanks again, cant wait to look around the site

Probably a typo but that is a 70 not a 73
and your car looks the same as Masterblaster7212. Well done.

Welcome to the site. We are glad you chose us as your first computer group. The members here are very friendly so feel right at home with your questions or your input. I believe someone here has replaced their frame rails. If they don't post up soon I will try to find the thread for you.

Welcome Triptikit,
Yep, the pictures seemed to have disappeared. As the old saying goes, "It is not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog". It is as good as time as any to learn and this is a good place for advice although we are all biased about the worth of the Mach 1. Anyway - welcome.
