Yep, I'm new....

...to this forum, but not to the Mach 1. Nearly 30 years ago (when I had time and energy) I owned two 69's. I just never had the money to do justice to them. Eventually I had to sell them. Now, I've got more money (definitely less time and energy), I've bought another one from a dealer in St. Louis (I'm in Denver). I take delivery next week and am really looking forward to seeing if I still remember how to take it apart!

I think the best part of owning one now is the wealth of information, parts and accessories available with a few Google searches. I've already found parts and upgrades for almost everything on the car, although $400 carbon fiber side view mirrors is probably a little extreme. I guess I'll start small and get some hood pin shields

Anyway, great to be here. If any of you happen to have a '69 or '70 and live in the southeast suburbs of Denver, send me a message.

Thanks for joining the ranks with us. Yep, times change and thankfully for the better when it comes to these Mach 1's and owning one today. Like the others, I am looking forward to seeing your Mach 1 when you get it in your own hands.
