...to this forum, but not to the Mach 1. Nearly 30 years ago (when I had time and energy) I owned two 69's. I just never had the money to do justice to them. Eventually I had to sell them. Now, I've got more money (definitely less time and energy), I've bought another one from a dealer in St. Louis (I'm in Denver). I take delivery next week and am really looking forward to seeing if I still remember how to take it apart!
I think the best part of owning one now is the wealth of information, parts and accessories available with a few Google searches. I've already found parts and upgrades for almost everything on the car, although $400 carbon fiber side view mirrors is probably a little extreme. I guess I'll start small and get some hood pin shields
