Hey all. New to the site. I've got a '71 Mach 1 i purchased back in 1998. In 1999 I pulled the worn out 351 Cleveland out and started the modifications. It started out as just an engine rebuild because the body is in great shape. It turns out that I decided to build a whole new motor. I purchased a siamese bore 351 Windsor block from the dealer and built a 6:71 blown motor with Cleveland heads. Well with that much horsepower, you need to stiffen up the frame right? Now the car was stripped and the roll cage was installed. So that's where I'm at...still a work in progress. Joined the site to get some ideas on how to customize it a little while putting it back together...hopefully get some motivation too. It's been a long time.

Thanks guys. My next step is getting the engine compartment and front inner fenders cleaned up. I want to have it media blasted and then I can start patching some of the unused holes and tidy things up a bit. I am planning on putting on a new Total Control Products Front Coil Spring Suspension. It's expensive but I want the car to handle good. Anyone tried Total Contol Products? I heard their stuff was top notch.
