Don, My thanks too for adding to the discussion. It shows that Ohio Mustang cares about their customers. Ohio Mustang was my second choice for many items on my 73 Convert and I always appreciated your assistance.

Don has stepped up to my #1 on my list now.
Mach, I totally agree that vendors should participate on various forums or at least monitor them to see what customers are saying.
Customer service is seriously lacking in this day and age. There has always been offers for cheaper health, car, home etc..ins. and when i was younger i tried a few and switched alot. My time is worth something. If i have to spend more hours and my time gettting things straightened out because of their mess up, No thanks. One thing my grand father said has stuck in my head. 99.999999% of the time you get what you pay for.
Pretty much anymore, with me, you get one shot.Sure there are times certain things are out of ones control but it is in all how the situation is handled.
We as a society have not stood up to things and demanded. We have let things slide.
If i know that the vendor will come thru when something goes south and will stand behind it i will gladly pay more for the item.
If there is a problem i will not and have not ever felt or asked for a freebie because of the mix up. All i want is the situation handled and things done from what has been resolved between me and the vendor not have something resolved and then something happens that wasn't agreed to with no explanation.

Great experiences with Don at Ohio Mustang Supply. He has always helped me obtain hard to find pieces as is fair with pricing. Another plus is Don actually builds cars and knows what it takes to finish a car with good pieces. Mixed reviews from NPD, too large with too many "phone answerers". They do have a large inventory. Not many good experiences with Dallas Mustang. Mac's has a huge inventory and carries some parts others don't. Virginia Mustang has also been helpful and they are small and knowledgeable. Don't over look your local parts stores and online stores like Rock Auto and Auto Parts Warehouse.
Good Luck,
Chuck
