Looks pretty original. I think I would clean it up and drive it a while!

Thanks for the encouraging words on the mach 1! I just got it running again in Sept. (I have owned it since 03) I had to do a motor swap the original vin stamped motor was way tired it had massive blowby, so I pulled it and put it away for when I restore the car. I replaced it with a 73 4-bolt main motor that runs great so I can maybe drive it this summer, With the popularity of rat rods I thought the patina (original paint with primer on the bare spots) this car has it would be cool driver with some new tires and brakes. By the way it is a California car that had been in the same area all its life, Santa Barbara is where I found it. So yes it is a very solid car no rust anywhere.

Yes, it is nice to have lots of 71-73 rust free sheetmetal here. I have doors too. Rare options and N.O.S. parts. I also have a 70 m-code auto dark ivy green, ginger interior mach with nice options (project) I am getting ready to sell. If anybody is in need feel free to contact me! I am still trying to figure out how to set up my page here though and upload pics. Thanks
