I am glad that you found one locally. I can only imagine what it cost to send parts all that far way. Anyway, always ready to help out those with a greater need and a similar interest. Post some pictures of your work, I would love to see how your project goes.

Hi Steven,

I will take a couple of pictures later this week , last week i received 5 boxes from Mustangs Unlimited ( it costed me a fortune to ship those parts overseas ) , well , big girls do need some TLC once in a while.
Hope to have her ready for the road next month.
I realy like to take her for a spin , the car arived in The Netherlands 2 months ago and i only drove it for a mile or so "Wow , a Q-code is something serious"Drool1 , i saw that you are planning to drop in a Q-code in your new baby too !?

kind regards,
John Broer

Hey John,

Looking forward to the pictures and your driving impression once you get to drive her for more than a mile. Yes, I have a 1970 4V motor which automatically doubles the power from the 1973 351 2V currently in its place. Right now though the plans are to get the car back on the road - the upgrades will come latter. Enjoy those miles of smiles not too far away for you!

Don 29163,

Sorry for the few days delay. I know that your are anxious till get all of your parts on their way so that you can keep busy with the repairs. Here are some pictures of the support. Please note that there are two minor holes on the rear driver's side that can be fixed with spot welding. It also looks as thought the driver's side has been "tweaked" in the past. Also several of the press in/weld in square accessory nuts are missing. Let me know what you think.
