lower fender bolts

I was wondering if anyone had any idea what the front lower fender bolts to just behind the front wheel.I have been looking at mine and cant figure out if there is a bracket or something there that is missing.I bought this car taken apart.Also if anyone knows where to cut out the quarters for the lights rear quarters were changed w/aftermarrkets and no holes.Any help or maybe some pics would be nice.Thanks

I figured it out there was a missing bracket and found them in the boxes and boxes of parts that came with car.Thanks to all who read my thread.Whats aguy gotta do to get a reply around here?

Sorry man Ive been out of town. I wish all the members took advantage here of spreading what they know about Mach 1's but all I can do is provide the venue, the rest is up to the members here!

Be patient it will be snowing soon in alot of areas so I expect more people will come around.
