Hey just came across the site. Getting ready to start a resto on a 73 mach1 Q code, color 3k with argent spoiler and stripes. Gonna need tips and help locating parts.

Wow you got your work cut out for you. Do you do restorations yourself?
Part of what Im learning with mine is the cost it is for me to restore this thing is going to be expensive. I wish I could do more myself. The standard 100-150 per hour sure adds up quickly to a big cost.
Looking forward to your progress. When is you plan to have it road worthy?

Ive done a bit of restoration work not as extensive as this. But body work doesnt scare me Its the mechanical part I wont be able to do myself. Anyway I hope to have the motor rebuilt suspension and drive train taken care of in a year. Maybe even the under body repainted. To get it road worthy Id say will take close to 2 years.
