Man oh man how the times have changed. Today we’re used to seeing everything from dancing hamsters to half-naked women in TV advertisements, but 40 years ago things were a bit different. Censors were out in full force to try and keep America on the straight and narrow. The United States had a squeaky clean image and they planned to keep it that way, so when this… dare I say, risque’ commercial for the 1970 Dodge Charger 500 came out, the TC censors jumped all over it. Apparently it didn’t promote family values and or the squeaky clean image that the censors felt Dodge should be portraying to its customers. Take a look and let us know your opinions because like I said, the times have changed.
