Well, I'm active again because of this car. it was owned by the last owner for 35 years. Has a 302 and it leaks freely but the decisions are being made as to what my plan is.
Making it a clone Mach 1 isn't possible with the 302. The rocker molding is expensive and I don't want all the Mach 1 guys laughing. so I'm leaning the boss 302 route.
I won't put the word boss on it, but just some of the graphics from the boss styling.
I'm pretty excited and after spending my fun money I'm having to save a little before doing much. Id love a new motor but that won't come fast and most motors worth 300hp are gonna be 4500 or more.
What I like is the interior it is in great shape, even the back panel plastics look like new. has a few minor surface rust spots, but floors, and trunk are solid. I can't believe I paid 7500 for this fastback with working am radio.
