Its really great to be part of a great group of Mach 1 enthusiasts RE: New Member - JTS71 Mach1 - 09-09-2021 We try man, the great thing is we all Love are Mach1's. Ford made some of the most Iconic Muscle cars, and the Mach1 was at the top of the heap. I can remember when I first got my 71 Mach1, and when the Chevy boys heard it had a Cleveland in it, they didn't want to play / race no more. Sad part it was originally a 2 barrel 351. But they didn't know that. LOL! I installed the 500+ HP 351 Cleveland a year or so later when I blew up the original, due to the valve stem seals breaking up and jamming the oil pump, twisting the shaft. I wanted more HP anyway, that just sped up the process. JTS |
