Hi all and loving all the info I have found on the beautiful mustangs so far. I live in the uk and just recently acquired a Mach 1, however I am just wanting to check the vin tag. Can anybody break it down for me and give me some more info on it. Thank you

Yours is much the same as mine except for the year so
1 is model year (1971)
F - Manufactured in Dearborn, Michigan assembly plant
05 - Ford Mustang, 2 door sports roof Mach 1
H - (2v) 351 CID V8 engine
105403 - consecutive unit number
