Ok so I didn't take quite as many pictures of the reassembly as I thought. I thought I had some of panel alignment but I didn't. It is a very nervous time putting everything back together and being very careful not to ding or scratch anything. Luckily I succeeded, no harm done. I used eastwoods foil backed floor insulation-very similar to more expensive products and is easy to work with. So here goes pictures of the process.

I love that car...as soon as I saw the 4 speed it's over!

I could imagine how nerve racking it was putting the car back together after being freshly painted. I ended up jamming everything first, installed the body panels and aligned, body work and then painted the car fully assembled. Kind of like building a house from the roof down (LOL)

I like the fact you assembled the interior with the doors off...
