April 16, 2014 Wednesday set up day

• Registration packet/goodie bag pick up at Mandalay Bay 12-7PM.

April 17, 2014 Thursday Opening day 8AM-5PM

• Registration packet/goodie bag pick up at Mandalay Bay
• Specialty Mustangs to be parked in and around the Neon Garage.
• Pre-registered Mustangs will be parked in the Midway and area.
• East Parking lot for car haulers and semi-trailer tractors.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Outside Road Course opens for open track.
• Opening Ceremonies 11AM.
• Welcome party 7-9PM location TBD.

April 18, 2014 Friday 8AM-5PM

• Registration packet/goodie bag pick up at Mandalay Bay .
• Mustang 50th Half Marathon Expo opens at 8AM-7PM.
• Specialty Mustangs to be parked in and around the Neon Garage.
• Pre-registered Mustangs will be parked in the Midway area.
• East Parking lot for car haulers and semi-trailer tractors.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Outside Road Course opens for open track.
• 800/400 space parking lots, adjacent to the Midway opens for public parking.

April 19, 2014 Saturday 6AM-5PM

• 7 AM start of the Mustang 50th Half Marathon on the start line of the LVMS.
• Registration packet/goodie bag pick up at Mandalay Bay.
• Inside road course to be used for the Mustang 50th Half Marathon in the AM. Possible use for Hot Laps with Ford and Shelby.
• Drag Strip to be used for Mustang 50th Half Marathon event. Possible use for bracket racing after the Half Marathon.
• Specialty Mustangs to be parked in and around the Neon Garage.
• Pre-registered Mustangs will be parked in the Midway area.
• Conclusion of Mustang 50th Marathon, open speedway for guest to take laps.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Outside Road Course opens for open track.

April 20, 2014 Final Day 8AM-3PM

• Specialty Mustangs to be parked in and around the Neon Garage.
• Pre-registered Mustangs will be parked in the Midway.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Outside Road Course opens for open track.

All Manufacturer’s and Vendors will remain open until the close of each day.

April 16, 2014 Wednesday-Set up day

• Embassy Suites/Convention Center opens at 12:00PM for registration packet pick-up/goodie bags. Closes at 7PM.
• Welcome Party 7PM-9PM-place TBD.

April 17, 2014 Thursday Opening Day Hours 8AM-5PM

• Car and guest registration pick-up continues from 8AM-5PM Embassy Suites/Convention Center.
• Inside Speedway Oval opens for registered Mustang cars to be parked. According to local club 2500-3000 cars can be parked between Turn 3 and 4. All Mustangs parked inside the track cannot leave until after 5PM. All Mustangs will enter at Gate 1.
• Hospitality Village opens with 750-1000 pre-registered Mustangs clubs/groups parked together, with in and out privileges.
• VIP Green, Silver parking lots will have 1500 Mustangs parked, with in and out privileges. This is across Hwy. 29 on the Z-Max Dragway side, with 2 pedestrian bridges linking this lot to Gate 2 to enter into CMS.
• VIP Victory Parking lot will be for public parking only, along with the parking lot across the street from Tom Johnson Camping and Resort Center. This is the gravel lot on the corner of Hwy 29 and Bruton Smith Blvd.
• Inside Road Course opens with driver’s meeting at 7AM, with track opening for 8AM-12PM and 1PM-5PM.
• Media Center opens for seminars, lecturers and any additional media functions, such as press conferences.
• Gate 26/Klondike opens for swap meets, 8AM-5PM.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village open, 8AM-5PM.
• Opening Ceremonies 11AM
• Specialty banquet, limited to 750 guests 7-9PM. Location TBD.

April 18, 2014 Friday Hours 8AM-5PM (same hours Thurs.-Sat.)

• Car and guest registration pick-up continues from 8AM-5PM Embassy Suites/Convention Center
• Inside Speedway Oval opens for registered Mustang cars to be parked.
• Hospitality Village opens for Mustang Clubs and cars.
Media Center opens.
• VIP Green, Silver parking lots open for registered Mustangs.
• VIP Victory Parking lot will be for public parking only, along with the parking lot across the street from Tom Johnson Camping and Resort Center.
• Inside Road Course will become active.
• Gate 26/Klondike opens for swap meets.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens
• Evening Cruise into Concord/Kannapolis, leaving CMS at 6PM (not confirmed)

April 19, 2014 Saturday Hours 8AM-5PM

• Car and guest registration pick-up continues from 8AM-5PM Embassy Suites/Convention Center
• Inside Speedway Oval opens for registered Mustang cars to be parked.
• Hospitality Village opens for Mustang Clubs and cars.
• Media Center opens.
• VIP Green, Silver parking lots open for registered Mustangs.
• VIP Victory Parking lot will be for public parking only, along with the parking lot across the street from Tom Johnson Camping and Resort Center.
• Inside Road Course will become active.
• Gate 26/Klondike opens for swap meets.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Main Event Banquet Embassy Suites, doors open at 6PM, banquet starts at 7PM

April 20, 2014 Sunday Closing Day 8AM-3PM

• Sunrise Easter Service (time to be determined)
• Inside Speedway Oval opens for all registered Mustang cars to be parked.
• Mustangs can go on track for photo ops.
• Media Center opens.
• Gate 26/Klondike opens for swap meets.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Closing Ceremonies 2PM
