I have owned the Mach 1 for six years. Her name is Eileen. (Eleanor was taken)
I had a shop do a lot of the restoration as there wasn't much left to the car after the rust was removed. I jumped in and did a lot of the manual labor. I did a lot of the mechanical. Here are some pics of the car with rust removed.
The restoration took over a year of at least 4 hours a day after work and long days on the weekends.
