New member here! I don't own a Mach 1 yet but I feel that the best place to learn about these awesome cars is to join a forum. I look forward to checking out some cool rides and learning a bunch!

Thanks,Biggrin

Welcome Christal,

Any particular year got your eye?

You should be able to do well in educating yourself here on the forum. Enjoy.
I've always had a thing for 71-73 Mach 1's. Great design
Welcome to the site from Virginia! I'm sure you will find a lot of great info here about Mach 1's.

Welcome to the site. Any specific year and options your looking for?
I would eventually love to get a 71-73 Mach 1. Manual tranny. As for the motor it would be nice to find a 429 CJ. However I don't know if those came in the 71-73 Mach 1's. But there are plenty of good options in aftermarket engines. I found a thread, sorry I forgot the name but I sure did email it to myself for reference, showing different Ford engines for Ford projects. Thanks again for welcoming me to the site! Biggrin

Welcome! Thmbsup
Yes, a 429 CJ is an option for you but stock only in the 71's. Look for engine code C or J.

Of course the 71-73's were made for the 429 and you therefore have all kind of motor options.

All the best in your search.
