Rod (BlueMach) and myself managed to meet today at a local (for Rod anyway
) hot rod meet and we decided to post a photo up. Rod is on the left.

It was a total pleasure to meet you too, Steve.
After I parked the Mach 1 out on display on the street - I was swamped by people taking photos, and wanting to know about the beast.
It's funny - no one hardly even looked at the 66 coupes on display; the aggressive look of the 73 fastback got their attention!
I truely believe the 71-73 are getting kudos they deserve.
Steve - if you want a set of headers for yours, you can have mine [freebies!] when I upgrade in a couple of weeks time.

I am staying busy. Yesterday we visited the Canberra sites. I might be able to walk down to the post as I have a few minutes "free" till I am scheduled to be speaking this evening.

Cool, I figured you would be going tothe Las Vegas celebration. Looking forward to meeting you.
I met up with Steven last night and again this morning for a few hours. It was great to meet his family and friends. Steven took my car for a spin and he had a great time. I didn't even have to remind him to get back on the right (left) side of the road any time. Anna took the back seat and loved it. It looks like Anna's car might be getting parked for a while so Steven can finish his Mach 1 now.
