Call the Ford customer assistance line at 800-392-3673 (if you are in, Canada call 800-565-3673) and request a "History 999" report for your car. Provide them with your VIN, and a complete list of options for your car will be faxed or mailed to you. They should have this data for Mustangs back from model-year 1967. For '65 & '66 models, you'll need the help of your local Ford dealer. Ask him to call Ford CAC and request the info for you.

Yes I know, interesting date. No it is not a one off rare, bench seat, (although the report does list rear disc brake?) 73 Boss 351 prototype. Just a regular run of the mill 1973 H-code Mach 1 with SAE net 173 HP at 4400 RPM, SAE net Torque of 258 at 2400 RPM and less than 79 dBA at cruise.

I have heard it is hit and miss but it depends who you get when they answer the phone. Ive been told you have to be persistent and then the person will put you on hold and then come back and transfer you. Id be interested to know as well if this still works. Any takers??
I got mine several yrs ago. It took a couple of months but it came.
