Simple Autolite/Motorcraft. The ones with the copper core are great plugs. I wouldn't run anything but Autolite. As John Force said they keep his Monster lit! JTS 71 Mach1

If I was changing the plug on my Mach I would stick with OEM Motorcraft with lots of Anti-Sieze. I keep thinking I should take some time and pull mine and Anti-Sieze them but havent done it yet.

Or what seems to be the best bang for the buck?
I have always used ngk v-power plugs in my past performance cars. Loved them plugs. I couldn't foul out one of those plugs if i tried. These have always worked the best for me. Not sure what motor you have. Mine was a built 306 windsor.

I agree nothing but Autolite and Motorcraft.
Drive it or fly it like you stole it

I agree with green72, the ngk plugs always were my favorite, guess it depends on if you're running a hotter coil and more gap. I have a mallory distributor and coffin box on my cleveland.

I run stock motocraft plugs with wide gap. msd ignition and coil you can run wider gap. But i have heard good things about the new E3 plugs. Saw some tests on horsepower tv and they got better mpg and more torque and hp.

NGK v-power is the only spark plug used by me:)
