This is an easy circuit for anybody who has a car that sits and doesn't get started regularly.

I made one of these many years ago and they work so well I made a second one. I use the second one for a spare battery I have in my shed.If you are into electronics you probably have all the bits in your box already Biggrin It gives a constant current output and the current is so small you won't overcharge the battery. It puts out 50 milliamps and automatically regulates the voltage. You can modify it to put out 100 milliamps if you like. I just added a switch to select either. All you need is a 12 volt plugpack and this circuit.
