What is the proper color black for the Louvers / rear spoiler ?
I heard satin black but not sure , is there an accetable color in black Flat maybe ?
Satin is correct
side note : I used non wax pledge to clean all stripes louvers and wing on my old 70 Mach 1. totally necessary when the cars color was Whembleton White.

Shouldn't the spoiler be the same color as the center of the hood....I hope ?

That is correct
Depending on body color spoilers would be black or argent
