Has anyone done this with repop panels? How many holes need to be put in? I can't trust what have been done to my old ones. Also, how are the panels that attatch to the rear of the quarters & on top of the package tray installed? Thanks.
I've heard on some of the forums that the repops are thin material, pretty flimsy, and not well liked. Maybe someone here has bought some and will chime in.
Stay away from the repops. I bought a set and they are still sitting and I will never use them. I took my old set over to Ohio Mustang with the repops and Don told me the story of what he did with his repops, he gave them away for free. If you can salvage the old, shot them and reuse them. If you need them, get a hold of Don @ Ohio Mustangs, he will help. Hope this drawing helps, sorry about the lateness of it.

Good resource Richard.

Thanks for the help.
I have been seriously contemplating picking up a set of re-pops and have heard of the same thing. My issue is not with cracking, but the little chrome edging that goes around the outside of mine is cracked off. Does anyone know of where to obtain the chrome edging?

Brian the best place I know of to either find parts or get a good lead if they are to be found is with Don Witt at: http://www.ohiomustang.com/

Don is super knowledgeable and straightforward. He will not sell you trash just because he can make a buck.

Don
I purchased a set from Laurel mountain mustang and they fit like a saddle on a pig!!! I could not use them. I had to find a pair of original ones off of another Mach!. I tried everything to make them fit Not a good deal at all! lost out on my $250.That was the only aftermarket part that I bought that I was not happy with. From experience I would highly recommend staying away from them and if you have to spend a couple extra dollars and get exact fit from another Mach1 or sport roof car.My 2cents.
