Also the Chrome trim around the instrument bezel. Mine are all yellow, no more chrome. What are the best options for restoring it or painting on new Chrome trim? I have researched the liquid chrome pens but has anyone had any experience with them?

Hey Shaker, I wish I knew as I've several times looked for a chrome solution for plastic. I mean they chrome plastic for model kits, for cripe sakes. It's got to be doable. But damned if I've ever found anything that works. Good Luck

I need to do the console top as well. This shop may be of help http://www.tachman.com/fordwood.htm
Have used him before for dash rechrome, new woodgrain, and instrument refurb. Looks great. Agree w JTS71 DIY solutions that I have seen don't look/stay good.
