I'm trying to find a factory coolant overflow tank for my '73 Mach 1. I don't need the stainless steel expensive one...I need just the plastic tank. Any ideas? SSig_help
Try rockauto.com The plastic overflow was a pretty generic kit with some tubing and should not set you back more than $10.
Thanks for the link!! Big Grin Looked there, but didn't seem to find it. I have found one system from Sacremento Mustang. I THINK it will work.

Thanks again!
Found what I need, but now am having issues installing it...the one I took out of the car had 2 nozzles for coolant flow...one was attached via hose to the neck of the radiator. The other one was not open...never had been. The new one has the same nozzles, but both are open and the instructions indicate using the original hose for the inflow and the supplied hose for the outflow. Just where the heck is the outflow supposed to go??? There is no place! (Yeah, I know I'm probably asking a humorously SIMPLE question!!!) SSig_help
The outflow is the overflow and it should be routed towards the ground. I've never had overflow tank overflow so it may not matter.
