Mach 1 Club

Well I will keep a small photo diary as I progress with this car. Bought it in August 2009 from the 2nd owner making me the 3rd owner. He passed away 8 years ago at the age of 70, he owned the car as the 2nd owner since 1984.
The car was stored in a garage in Sacramento California since his death and had lived there since it originally sold in Sacramento California in April 1972 at 4:58 pm. Car was manufactured October 1971 in Dearborn Michigan.

Some of these initial photos show the first day with the car and beginning a good cleanup.
I will continually try to update this as the progress continues. I'm not rich so this will take some time! California plates are no longer on the car they have now been replaced with Antique plates from Arizona.

Was gonna ask you where your Mach pictures were :) Guess I just wasn't looking hard enough. Looks GREAT!!!!

Im going to get more up soon, its looking much better now, changed the tires/rims and scrubbed out the paint more, added a rear spoiler. Not doing much yet since probably next summer this car goes down for awhile to restore it. Just wanting to enjoy it before emptying my bank account on it.

Yeah - you do not see a white interior and headliner very often.

I'm hope I'm still alive and kicking and driving my Mustangs at 70.
