Now here is an interesting story that comes to us from across the pond. Apparently the English kid you see in this video decided that it would be a good move to steal a police car and do donuts with it in a parking lot. His friends also being of equal intelligence had the bright idea to film it and put it on the internet. Ladies and gentlemen, can someone please tell me what is wrong with our youth today and explain to me where we went wrong?
