Currently working on the front clip now making my way back and contemplating in repalcing the floors. Any hints in how to support the car when cutting out the floor pan. I know i'll have to use floor stands should I use a subframe conector to connect the front to back frame ends?Huh
If it was me I would bolt in some subframe connectors either buy some or make em so you have some support. You could also only do one side at a time.

Luckily I don't have any actual experience on this but I have seen it done with the subframe connectors only because it helps keep stuff in place.

I'm sure someone has more knowledge than I.

I don't envy you, it's a ton of work that's for sure!
I'm not sure about using frame rail connectors, but the website shown below does offer drawings with exact dimensions of the undercarriage for the 71 to 73's.

Their article on replacing the floor pan does not mention any frame rail connectors either, but it's a 66 they are working on.

Ya I agree on the subframe connectors but this is what a friend of mine did to his 73 Camaro. He was going to add them anyway since he went with a blown 427.

Good link Rare Pony!
