72 sport lamp wires overheating

Update:
bought the harness from napa y'all provided me. I cut out the burnt wires and re solder new wires. wrapped everything with black electrical tape so it looks pretty good now. Glad i got them working. now deciding on whether or not i want to add a switch to make them come on when i want.

Go to National Parts Depot...I just bought every exterior bulb for about $10. The '2 packs' you get at Autozone and such are crazy expensive.
