I love that place .. just for info that 73 mach'1 was a rare T5 1973 built in germany were at the time ford couldn't use mustang name while it was already copyright by a german company..low miles car all original
That mach 1 has been sold to an Italian guy I was about to buy it but didn't get the money in time..!!so I kept the pontiac for another 5 years or so before I get my 72..

I traded in a '73 MGB, I bought it when I retired in '02. The previous owner was Peter Egan, Editor-at-Large, Road & Track magazine, you might have seen his column "Side Glances." He did the restoration in '93 chronicling the restoration and it's first road trip to the SCCA Nationals in Atlanta in his R&T article called "B-ING THERE." But I always wanted a Mach 1 so in '07 I was able to put together a trade for the MG for the Mach 1, never regreted the decision. Here's a photo of my MGB.

Nice looking "B". I had a 69 MGB that I used for a daily driver back in the 80's. I stored it in the 90's and eventually gave it to my brother about 2003. He started the restoration, but eventually sold it unfinished. The MG's are a lot of fun to drive. I actually have a 60 MGA that needs a complete restoration; I have boxes and boxes of new parts for it but it's been neglected. Maybe when I retire I'll fix it up.

I actually bought my '71 Mach 1 before I decided to sell my '95 Honda Civic VX hatchback. I bought the Honda in 2007 for $800 with a blown engine and resurrected it from the dead. Must've done something right, since I enjoyed 39mpg driving it like I stole it everyday. The new owner took it to Dallas and back (550 round trip) and got 45mpg after giving me $3500 (I thought he was kidding when he said he really wanted it).

Even though my Mach 1 is so rough and I won't be able to drive it to quite awhile, I immediate lost all interest in the Honda after I got it to the shop.

Anyway, here's a pic - I added all the cool stuff to it since it was... well... it was a plain vanilla toad when I bought it.

Here are a couple of pics of my beautiful '99 GT. Probably the most reliable car I've ever owned! It had over 115,000m on it when I traded it for my '03 mach1.
These pictures were taken the day I traded it in.
A few sets of tires, lots of fuel & 3,000m oil changes + a set of brakes...that's it! Awesome car...I should have kept the darn thing as a daily driver:

But, the mach1 is definitely my baby now:
