Got the plugs in, my carb guru did some adjustments to the carb and timing, finally got a kick down rod on it, seemed to work okay.  Took off to go home and when I hit the hiway, I decided to really test it and floored it, turned the tires over from 1st to 2nd, also from 2nd to 3rd, then something happened in the transmission and I coasted to the side of the road, called my guru, he had no clue, so called a tow truck, got it back home and goes to the tranny guy tomorrow to find out the issue.  If I didn't have bad luck, wouldn't  know what to do....lol

Well it sounds like the Spark Plug issue is sorted. And it appears you found the weakest link in the Chain! Now you just need to keep breaking things, until it quits breaking things, then you'll have a pretty good Car.     LOL
