I doubt Summit drilled the wheels, their supplier did. 7 and 8" wide wheels would fits lots of cars, so the wheel wholesaler drills them to siut at dispatch.

Nice. You're better off with these wheels. I remember that style wheel back in the early 1970's. Made by Ansen back then as well.

Yeah, thumbing through my "Mustang Recognition Guide" I noticed that style wheel was also an OEM option.

Look's pretty good. Yes they were an option on the 73's The most notable difference was the black stripe the Ford wheels had. JTS 71 Mach1

Dunno if the term is used over there but here the name 'jelly-bean wheel' is used and understood here. Nice look though.

I've heard them called "Kidney Bean" over here. Most often they were simply referred to as "slots". That's what mine will be wearing ,,,, if she ever see's the light of day.

Back in the day I was a big slot fan. Still am. Currently mine wears a ten spoke "Shelby" but will probably wear the 500's.

I like the slots better on your car anyway. Good choice they look more period correct then the mags did.
