MIG or stick welder? I've seen some stunning MIG work.

Ok taking apart car any pictures specifically I need to post for help or just all ;)
It's a stick welder.
After I blast parts I was looking at primer while I store to use I came across OSPHO metal treatment is that a good alternative or don't bother? How long does is hold up

Any pictures will give us a general idea and the guys will direct your eyes and camera to more specific areas.
I have not personally tried the OSPHO, maybe someone else can give you their thoughts.
With my panel down to bare metal I usually paint with an Etch or Epoxy primer followed by a 2K primer. Then I am ready to start from there.

No problem - that will buff right out.
If you are not familiar with the cowl issues I would check that first. It looks like you will be looking for a lot of parts or a good donor car.

Nothing a 2yr rotisserie rebuild wont fix. Oh yeah, two large aerosols of paint for a class finish!!

I'm just stripping to pieces ATM problem with oklahoma it's hard to get a car for parts most ppl would rather let then rot in a pasture then see someone use them
